Integrated Data Storage is the proud recipient of EMC’s coveted Velocity Services Quality Award (formerly the ASN Quality Award) for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010—and now, recently announced, for 2011! IDS is the only EMC reseller to have won the award five years consecutively, having done so each year since the award’s inception.

This award takes feedback collected by a third party from each customer receiving an EMC product installation from an EMC Authorized Service Network (ASN) partner. The feedback is used to determine the quality of the work performed based on the end user’s perspective, the ultimate bar of implementation success. Those companies who meet the pre-determined rigorous levels of success are granted the award.
